the shadow is HUGE and dominating the joke. very original rendering though. My advice is make the type bigger and the shadow smaller.



I'd be boring and do it like: perfect square, with helvetica bold type. don't do that though.

oh you changed it as I was writing. I preferred the previous shadow style, it's gone from original to generic.

So, I don't know what happened. Version 2 is the most recent. I realized that I did hate that shadow. So now it's very minor. I still might take it out all together.



I know that it's easy to just click "Needs work" or "Don't submit" but it's not very helpful, you know? So if you could type a few sentences that would be cool.

hmm, maybe that's why I hated it because it was too distracting. I will try as you suggest.

I think you should center the type within the square. other than that, I think it's pretty good.

So, I think this is awesome. & I want them to take it so I can get one for myself.

do you think that the shadow should be as wavy as the outline? I'm kind of torn because I also like it does make a perfect square around it.

I'm just not sure I like this design. I see that you've done a number of versions, trying to apply the whole "square" thing, but I don't think you've found it, yet.

Yes arrow...or crazy person clutching his head in the middle of the square.

yeh sorry, there are two critiques floating around called "So you never feel alone" and "I'm with waldo" both of which have arrows in the design and the only comments on either of them say make the arrows bigger, yours was the next critique in line and I thought i'd carry on the trend, obviously no one went with it.
