I couldn't find anything I liked to replace "Noise" in the top left white splat. Decided to go with 1 preview picture to keep it simple to update (I am not a Flash wizard :))

That's much clearer now, basically I meant it wasn't very artsy, but I like it and see no reason why other wouldn't.

Ok, indeed it's not as 'artsy' in the way the most of the designs here are. I just wanted to go for a bold shirt that's great for summertime and goes well with some boldly colored shoes.

it seems really generic to me. i know you're imitating a design style often seen on t-shirts and print and stuff but if you're going to do it, personally i would like to see a twist to the old so that it makes new.

I am not aware of imitating anything, maybe you can show me some examples of other shirts like this? I know they will surely exist but wasn't aware that it was that common. Haven't seen anything like this in the shops here in Europe.

But then again, I am surely not the visionary who is creating a new style here, but I haven't seen many on threadless who are truly original. No disrespect, but kudo's to those who can really stand out and create one of a kind designs.

the ink splots and grunge stuff is really hip here in the states, but you're right, i noticed it was just the opposite when i visited London not too long ago.

the thing that bothers me is that you've got "monochromatic noise" when your design is definitely not monochromatic.

and while i like this style, i do agree with ginette that it's a bit oversaturated. BUT you do have your own twist in it already, i can tell.

just keep twisting.

it's just sort of design 101 looking: paint splatters, random words, other graphics etc. i guess you can argue that my opinion is too personal but it seems like the type of t-shirts you can get in malls and i've always seen threadless as the anti-mall-tshirt-place if you know what i mean.

Cool idea, but it's a little busy...I agree with ginetteginette, looks like something from Hot Topic.

yeah. the problem is it's too trendy.

I know it's not monochromatic, that is sort of a contradiction.

I see why you could argue that this is not a threadless tee, or something that has been on threadless before, which is just the reason why I think it should be on threadless.

But as you said, it is all personal, there are so many tees on threadless and it's just a select few I really like and buy for myself.
