It looks awesome, I wouldn't change a thing.

The only thing I'd change is the blueberries in the punnet...they currently look a little more like heap of coal as they don't have clear enough form.

O man that is sweet, I didnt notice anything to change until the above guy said something about the clue berries, they do look like coal. Make them match and you have a winner

hmm ya.. i was lazy and live traced them..

this is such a great idea. the blueberries need some major rework though. i think fruit come in a grated tub from what i remember. the green basket looks a bit like a recycle bin.



have you considered playing w/ any other aspects of the movie? like having a wooden crate of berries w/ the company label being THE BAND for example?

I see the pickguard shape after i read your comment, i was actually about to say... why the weird shape in the background? I can visualize a silouette of a saxaphone facing the front, with the big round opening making a circle around the bluesberry design, and the fingerboard to the reed kindof going away in perspective.

that might be alittle more complicated than i wanted to make it..

what i was saying btw, is that i'm not too sure people can tell its a pickguard... I love where the design is going though!

well you could always move the design down to the belly and give the top of the guitar a neck shape extending up to the chest, because your shape right now would pass as an electric guitar body.

...with the top left corner rounded a bit.

hmmmmmmm.. maybe i could try the whole guitar.. but im not sure if it would take the focus away from the blueberries

You're probably right. You could make the body and chop out a place where the pick guard would be, using the shirt color itself. A smaller pickguard that is.

I'm not sure the guitar works, I prefered the punnet...it was sufficiently simple. I don't think it needs the musical element. The blueberries are much much improved.

Na the bowl works but maybe give the berries themselves a smoother look, great concept definitely a chance once its right.

I would redo the bowl and the berries in the same style as the brothers. It's really cool.
