I donno.... with the real stars I don't think it's believable...
I think you should make them like mini eyes too :O |
|
i think a wide asortment is better...i think going with the blue would make it belnd better as well as making the eyes smaller and make many many more of them! great concept though! keep it up!!

i like the assortment of eyes, but i don't like the differing levels of detail in them. the image you linked to is pretty creepy.

I think your best bet is to model the mass of eyes using a buildup of near white stars of various sizes.

@Eelvdave so you're saying go from really small stars building up bigger and bigger as you get towards the eyes?
@raisedbytigers I think almond shape is going to be best, thanks. |

Try using more perspective? Smaller eyes near the horizon and gradually getting bigger? Not sure if that will help but it might make the eyes look more like they are part of the sky.
Please check mine out if you have the time |

Cool concept, but I'd say you need way more eye-stars, especially small ones. Use some images of the milky way for reference so you can get that almost fuzzy, smoky effect it creates when you can see it on a clear night, which you can, if you're not in a city:)

I need some good criticism on this one, I want to tie it together a bit better visually. Right now the eyes look pasted on instead of part of the sky. Should they look more like they're on skin? Like this image? http://hirondelle.invazores.org/wp-content/uploads/2007/10/aeon_flux_main281.jpg
Thanks in advance for your expert input!
