Hmmm... well, I'm not sure why his pupils are pointing in different directions. And really, the water should probably running FROM the pink eye.

the ring round the right eye has pixelated. maybe make the blob look less blurrey also. thanks for your comments on my work x

do more with the person thing, the simplicity is ok.

I do like this much better. The black ring around the pink eye could be red instead of black maybe. That would scream "painful".
