I think you need to change the font on both sides of the shirt so something more "handdrawn" but the concept is super cool.

a nicer colour for the icecream sandwich biscuits would also be nic. you could change the shape of the red one but keep the colour... like make it look more like the orange one or something...

So some of the guys were afraid a red popsicle would look like a tampon on their shirt. Is purple better?

Originally, it was going to be "ice cream sandwiches are better," but bad has a double meaning and they ended up looking evil.

Get rid of the faces and only use the tug-of-war part.

yeah the faces are kinda weird, try cleaning up the lines, changing the shirt's color to something else and maybe playing with the characters a bit more. It's a good concept just need a little bit of work :D
