for those of you that didn't know...

if tolstoy had a water buffalo, he would have hidden it in his beard.

I like most of it but the contours on the head and around the eyes on Tolstoy I think could be more fluid. See if you can work that out.

I like this a lot. Concept and execution are special. The whole thing should be smaller on the shirt and I would like it if tolstoy's beard was a little wilder and not so neat. great job. crit mine?

this is a bit wilder i'm hoping, and i tried making the left eye as fluid as i could, i felt the right one was a bit more fluid with the curves.

as for the size, it looks very weak when its just a centered image.

i really like it big, and the swirls are a nice touch now.

i had some more feedback on the right eye, and i cleaned up the lines on the beard, making the curves a bit more fluid and clean. the right cheek of the water buffalo was also fixed.

but, just to make sure, i tested it to see how it looked and it threw off the balance of line weights.
