I wouldn't normally quote the bible for a shirt title, but this kind of fits. Does it pass for Mr. Rogers? It could be printed on any color because the shirt color acts as the color of his sweater. I like red and lt. blue because those are what I remember him wearing.
Well, it took me a while to make the changes, but I hope this satisfies some previous requests... I know there was a suggestions to not border the heart in black, but I thought Trolley needed a track :)

hehe, nice! I would try a different text, and making the heart bigger would be nice, otherwise you're leaving 99% of the shirt blank. To remedy that you could also perhaps think of something to stick on the back or somewhere else on the shirt.
Or think of a novel way to do this design. If you look at the majority of printed shirts they tend to have BIG prints.
