Still a lot of coloring/drawing/cleaning to do, but what do you think? My mayor concern is the character, I love the cloud and lightnings, should I change the character?

I like how the hand is see through, nice touch. Character is cool, I wouldn't do too much more

hmm. i like the raindrops, but i think it would be fun if they were in the direction as if they were being sprayed out of his mouth. do you know what i mean? instead of all of them dropping vertically?

About the too many raindrops, do you mean inside the cloud or overall?

I'm still playing around with this, cleaned it up, changed some details and tried a new approach for the raindrops.

What say you?

with them outlined it makes it very busy, try reducing the amount of raindrops if your going to do it like that. The cloud definitely has too many drops.
