I realize it's a little simple. You might even call it bland. Was wondering if anyone had some tips.

It made me smile. It's a funny idea, maybe have him holding a sign? Dunno, like it though. :) Simple is good sometimes.

Holding the sign idea would be cool

This may be picky but make it slightly smaller. Also the negative space

within the neck and head suggests a tongue. The tension on the curve on the back and tail are to much alike. Try reducing the tension on the back to make it more suddle.

Very funny idea, but I really don't like the cartoon style of the dinosaurs and the text is too flat.
