The voters are probably going to have a problem with the text. And I'm kinda having a hard time figuring out what's going on here. Is it supposed to be a kid who was killed and hung up like a deer? The white circle around his face is somewhat confusing. Nice concept though!!

It's hard to figure out what you're trying to get across here. Also, the font is too common.

I'd get rid of the text completely, or make it more handrawn rather than a regular typeset. And I'd add some more shading.
