i'm not sure that this is any good...i could use some criticism. the idea is supposed to be that the sun is there, but its behind the clouds.

its a decent image, but id like to see the border loosened up, and not flat cut off at the bottom. The rain drops dont work in dark blue, and could use some sort of indication that they are splattering off the umbrella. The sun ways could also use a bit of weight, instead of being thin flat lines. Hope that helps.

I think most of the shapes could use a lot of reworking. The clouds are a bit too complex, or lopsided like. Also some of the sunrays extend until they are cut off by the frame of reference or a cloud, etc. But some of the sunrays just stop randomly wjile still in the blue sky. These need to be more consistent.

I'd suggest the clouded or shaded area being in the shirts color, so you don't have to wory about what shape frames it.



The lone cloud raining on the figure should match the other clouds a bit better and the line between the blue sky and the shaded area should be hidden

I agree with everything Ste7en said. I would rework the border a bit, and cover up the stright line between blue and grey with more clouds.

hmmm, it's a bit crazy but could it be raining under the umbrella? i always like that.

much bigger on the shirt, with placement at the hemline.

I think it would be a real "wow" with the image taking up the whole front of the shirt

the sun would end up at the should somehow and the little man would be down at the bottom walking along the hemline...

Personally I think the sun and sky part is perfect.

I agree with ajsolid84 that the clouds are a wee bit lopsided though...you could make a unified cloudbank with the bottom edge of the clouds more of a line (google stormfronts images to see what I mean)
