i think this is the start of something funny!

Im not sure if people would catch on to the play on words by just the picture alone.

very nice illustration, but the background falls flat in comparison to the characters, i suggest either take it out or work more on it

I'm with againstbound - I think you should lose the background, and focus on the characters. also - placement on the shirt! we need to see how it's gonna look.

Yea, this was my main thought - that the background is crappy. Just trying to decide to

a. bin the background (but it looks odd without anything)

b. improve the background

c.bin the whole thing

LOL, great concept and really cool raptor rendering.



As said above, the background needs a bit more thought but I like the start of it. Maybe it's not dense enough? Or, put another way, the line work could be too thin in comparison to the dinos. You might try some shading on the outlines of the tree with lighter centers to match up with the frontal lighting of the raptors? (I think monotone is the right idea).



Since you've used halftone dots for the shadow in front, using smaller ones for the palms and birds might add some depth and density to it. If it gets too dense you could always stress it out.



Lastly, you might try using a silhouette of a jungle tree line and stress that out so it has texture and variety but not a lot of detail to it.



Anyway, cool idea, great rendering of the raptors, I'm sure you'll figure out the background. Cheers!

I like the way you rendered the scales, but i think yo u need to show the placement on a T and yeah like someons said above a golden grill could be cool on one of the raptors

yeah...Beastlie Boys ftw. I really love it. Maybe, just maybe tone down the green of the rock speakers a tad, but apart from that, great job.

lol, this is great. However, the speaker parts on the rock are facing the wrong way. The perspective of the circles of the speakers looks backwards. If you switch them it will look a lot better

How about colour and placement?

much better background!!! and i think the speakers perspective is correct but you probably already know that, what i think could lower your score a bit here is th symmetry, maybe jsut move the pterodactyles on the back, one to be somewhat centered and the other one to the left or right, so the symmetry will be slightly broken without being too noticeable

Cheers. I can see what UpperWest means about the perspective on the speakers. When I did it, it looked right but now I can see them popping out the other way, so will re-do that bit.
