You're right, I don't think the hat stands out enough. I think I'll try making it lighter first. Just to keep the detail.

Lightened the color of the hat so it stands out a bit better.

That does work a bit better. Overall I really like it.

so original :) maybe sharpen a bit..when armadillo is on the shirt it looks kinda blurry.

Thank for all the great comments! I'm going to touch this up a bit and throw a version 3 up here by tomorrow. Maybe try it on other shirt colors, but I think this will still be my favorite.
