te composition is good, though I think you should fix the $ on the bags, cause they seem to have different thickness, so make that a bit more uniform...the same with the guys hat and eyes, the lines are a bit thin.

Another thing I would fix if this was mine, is the skulls, you can tell you copy pasted them because of the crack on top.

I think you need to make his nose a little bit bigger or the mustache area of the beard thicker. Its hard to diffrentiate between the nose and the mouth at first.

If possible you might try and bold the exterior line of the guy to separate him from the background. Pretty cool design though.
