I like it just as. I don't think you need all the extra pirate stuff, but it might be worth a try. You don't want to overkill it. I don't even think it needs to be colored, let the lines speak, haha.

I've added a bunch of pirate accessories. So let me know how it is!

too much IMO, Danielle. :) I thought about the leg - and it would be clearer on the right, but I don't want it to be slapping people in the face. I don't mind that it kind of blends in - plus - I prefer how that leg was rendered... plus... (there's more) his hook and eye patch are also on the right. I had to give him some symmetry.

it could work as black and grey, brown and brown, etc.. lots of color options that way. I do like the olive, but think this could look good brown as well.. the yellow, I dont care for that much.

oh, I liked version 3 with the back shadows. Perhaps if you don't want it to feel too dark put it on the medium blue colored shirt that replaced the denim color. You could use more lighter and medium blue tones to make it feel like he is doing his pirating at night with the light of the computers lighting the scene.

wasn't feelin' the green so much, but this yellow is kickass.

I like the shadows in 3. For some reason the screen color is bothering me -- seems too bright and empty. Maybe some very thin, horizontal lines just a little darker than the screen color over it?

the screens are conspicuously blank... but I can see the dilemma you face trying to keep it as clear as possible. Maybe allude to some sort of content with a few simple lines... a few tiny icons making up some sort of desktop maybe

Ok - thanks again for the feedback, guys. I might end up doing an option for olive and yellow on the final submission... But that is a massive cop-out. You're right about wanting to keep it simple, tesco, but I will put stuff on the screens - they won't just be as they are now.



The final submission might be a combination of the both, as I'm a sucka for complicated shading and don't find it easy to make things minimal.

This is a 7 colour 'full-colour'version. There is a perfecvt white square - but no white in the design.

I like the color, but I liked the blank screens from the last one - that's just fussiness, though; this is hardcore awesome.

Truth is, both this and the last version are pure awesomeness. My preference, however, lies with the last version, I just liked how it was colorfully more simplistic. =)

If you could somehow incorporate the red against the subdued color on the last version, it'll make it stand out more.

Yeah, I think I'm going to work on Version 4 and submit with an option on olive green to appease the yellow haterz.

My only crit is to incorporate more of the small touches of red in the rest of the design, to draw the eye to other areas as well...other than that, it's awesome!

Ooh this is nice. I personally like V5 better though, since I'm a colourful type of person.

this is unbeleivably amazing... my only small critique is the hook hand is way too lost in everything... id say you could probably put a normal hand and you woulnt lose anything... and if youw ant to go very piraty then throw a pegleg because that woudl get less lost in the jumple
