Octolass is a little nerdy and has octopus tentacles instead of arms. She\'s pretty friendly though.

I\'m mostly looking for critique on the colouring- I’m not quite sure whether I should colour it inside the lines and neatly or outside the lines (as i have done here). I\'m not sure if I need to colour it all, actually. Shirt colour and colour scheme are wide open as well. I\'m open to constructive feedback on any part of this...I really would like to make it as good as it can be.

I love this drawing, and this character. If it were on the cover to a comic book- I would buy it.
but as this is a tshirt competition I think you need to think of ways
to make the character work better as a shirt design.
The sketchy style isn't a good style for silk screen.
Maybe add some background info-- water, drips, a puddle.
