This is my first submission, so if there's something that I'm lacking or did wrong in terms of violation submission rules, please let me know. Otherwise, general feedback would be greatly appreciated.

So yes, in answer to your question, black *does* count.
there are only 5 colors, and there are no gradients though. it follows the guidelines. and there are no tiny halftones. Only big enlarged halftones. So, I guess I'm still unsure if you don't like it, or misinterpreted the gradient. It's not actually a gradient, I just drew lines with a pen so it would look that way.
Ohhh! I see now that there are six colors instead of 5, so I'll get rid of that blue ink that doesn't need to be there, and I'll post version 2 soon. Other than that, I'm pretty sure nothing else violates the guidlines.
