I was thinking maybe smaller eyes and more pairs of them as well as adding claws going up.

I really don't get it...

Maybe you should have tiny crabs spilling out because the crab eyes don't really look like much at all

It is creative... maybe give it some more work as I'm still not seeing it as a crab. Perhaps have multiple crabs?

I totally get it. What I wonder though, is there a huge market for STD parody shirts? hmmm... but if you really want critique -design wise, a lot more of the eyes at the bottom, but make them seperately to give each their own personality.

Yep. And define them more. Give em beady little black eyes with shiny white reflections for personality.
