Weren't there Threadless shirts with ET in a phone booth, Darth Vader pruning a deathstar plant, and a detailed Adam West batmobile missing a wheel?? Those seemed to pass the copyright policy.
i'd say move the controller thing up a little so that it doesnt so much look like you just copied and pasted it onto a suit.
just a suggestion though...maybe if the coat was open with the controls on the inside it would make the shirt look more unique in comparison to the typical uniform tees
'copyright issue' ... it's not like that person hangs for it. I never find that a very constructive comment myself. Every other design refers to something in pop culture.
anyhoo i like the idea :)
more novelty than actual tee people would wear though I'd say (often the case)
Hmm, I like the idea of putting the box in the jacket. I could even have wrinkles so the suit looks tight over top the intrusive control box. I will play with that idea and upload a new version. Thanks!
ax._van_goks: I guess you're right. Now that I think of it, you see that stuff a lot. I guess it's safe as long as there's no actual trademarked logos and whatnot. My bad.
I don't know if I'm feelin the white outlines around the box and collars. I know that's how the tux t-shirts usually are, but it just looks kinda awkward around the vader box. I like the idea of putting it under the jacket. Maybe if the "jacket" portion was a 3-button, with the top button buttoned, and the other two open to reveal the vader box on the vest beneath.
