How do I know this potato is smart? He\'s wearing glasses...duh.

I'd laugh seeing this. I wouldn't know the potato was smart, but the idea of its eyes needing glasses is just too funny :)

Maybe you should try to make it look even more like a potato, if it wasn't for the name i would have ploblems seeing what it was suposed to be.. maybe add some pink roots or make the skin even darker.. i don't know.. i like it a lot anyway!!

i get the whole potatoes have eyes thing, and all the glasses.. but glasses dont make you smart.. lol.. i would make the potato look like Einstein, glasses gray hair, stash and all.. but if you do go this way, you should make the glasses less dark and shiny.. also the reflections look a lot like the microsoft logo.. i would change those up and maybe add some eyelashes or one blinking.. just to make it a little more exciting.. cool

no, no text. its just a funny site to see. maybe do something more with the glasses. they're too polished for the rough potato. Also try altering the eyes, like more dramatic size differences.

I added some roots and varied the sizes of the eyes a bit. Is it better? Thanks for your comments.

I'd like to see a different type of reflection off the lenses, the little windows look odd to me. I'd also like to see some of the eyes looking in different directions or blinking.

I also think the dark spots on the potato need a little work.

Also I wouldn't call it "Smartest Potato I know", because glasses don't make you smart. Maybe Myopic Spud, something like that.

I think it's funny and it's looking pretty good. Just needs a little more work.

Yeah, the roots really help. I think this is worth submitting if you work on the shadow - right now it doesn't fit with the illustration style.

Maybe rework the title a bit too. It's close, but not quite there.

Agree agree. There are a few different visual styles going on here but i think with some attention paid to the eyes, glasses, dark spot and shadow this could prove to be extraordinarily grotesque. I like it.

I say add more sprouts?
