Erm... It's a good idea, but I'm not really feeling the way it's laid out right now. I'm not digging the white shirt, or the green, or the pink, or the weird lines connecting everything. The idea is cool, and if you found enough words you could do a pretty awesome design. I'd suggest making one long blank instead of 5 small ones so that you can add a lot more words to the "test".

I really like this, I think somehow the design could be refined a bit somehow, and possibly make it look a bit more like a game of hangman?

The way it is... looks perfect! I wouldn't change a thing (maybe, and just to say something different here, I would go for shirt instead of design). But this is just a picky advice, anyway... I truly like it. :)
