Next in the elementals series...yeah, I\'m slow. ;o) This is very much a work in progress. Again, I started with an amazing fractal. I may change the colors later; there are currently 8 colors not counting the black background.

It's pixelly now as I edit it, but I'll put it into vectors later and it will smooth out.

looks like a coincidental human figure in the left side there... kinda like a wailing banshee.

Huh, you're right, isaacdealy. Thanks for pointing that out, I hadn't noticed it. Fractals have a way of evoking all manner of odd "coincidental" imagery, some surprising. Dunno if I'll do something with that. I was planning on doing a kind of "sunburst/sundogs" effect with the yellow areas.

What do ya'll think of the more defined bottom areas? Keep going with that clearly defined structure, or let it break up into Brownian motion as it moves upwards?

BTW, I ignore boo-birds who click "don't submit" and don't leave a comment. Get a life. ;o)

I love abstracts! This one makes me think of owls landing only in double exposure. Definitely has motion working for it. Cool.

Somehow I like it also this way. Good colors! Don't make it too much to look like made-in-illustrator :)

maybe add a few brushes of brighter primary colors. also try showing it on a black t-shirt - that would really demonstrate how stark of a design it is.

if you have some time, please score/comment on my design, thanks!:
