I'd say Energy and Excess are two hallmarks of the 80s. Your design is colorful, but it feels stagnant and boring to me. Think of the music, art and fashion of that era... Cyndi Lauper, Pat Benetar, Boy George, Siouxsie Sioux, Duran Duran, Adam Ant... Patrick Nagel, Keith Haring... big teased hairdos, vivid, shiny and glittery makeup, Flashdance-off-shoulder shirts, legwarmers, huge hoop earrings and wearing lots of Swatch watches at the same time, colorful leather jackets or parachute pants.

needs something more... the colors are good.

well, the first thing that comes to my mind is that it was really easy to make, and as the others said, it needs more to get a better score, right now I dont see it going really far, but keep working you might get some kick ass ideas!!!
