The beast is sometimes amused by his reflection. What do you think? Comments, suggestions appreciated.

Great Design. I love the perspective on this one. It's got depth as well as the right amount of 'darks' and 'lights'.

I'm not really digging the shape on "the beast". Coudl use some more detail and a better sense of there being some kind of bone/musculature under that oddly shaped head.

i do believe that the sun's reflection looks a bit awkward.

like it shouldn't be swerving off to the side.

but it looks like you've already got a pretty darn decent image here.

it's not clear that that "beast" is.

at first it looked like a heron

so , maybe rework that area

renfrue I dont thnk were supposed to know what teh beast is ..



also his reflection falls into teh ripples so it needs somekind of displacement. and teh moon is a bit weird only beecasue teh ripples by it are different from teh ripples in teh rest of teh water which would be fine if there was a reason but right now theres not

I actually did not want an obvious beast or creature, just a creature who comes out once in a while.

I stared for a long time and started to think the creature was a lumpy pick ax.

It's a PTERODACTYL!!
