Any input would be helpful. I got this idea from a sketch I did on a napkin while I was waiting for my lunch today (kind of a weird time for something like this I know!)

The basic theme is "Drowning Sorrows"
The heart in my mind represents happiness - as in - Drown your sorrows for happiness or something along those lines.

There are 2 colors on a Navy shirt.

I know there's probably a lot of ways to improve this, I just need a little help on those ideas - I've hit a roadblock!!

Hmm I dunno maybe instead of using lines using negative space to create the face? it still looks like it needs work, it's too linear for my taste I would like to see something filled, hope that helps

Ok - I've added more drops and made the top of her head more proportionate

I've also tweaked the heart a little bit to make it stand out a little more.

Oh and I also made the hair lines thinner

Any comments on how I could improve this design are greatly appreciated!

I think using a photo refference when you draw her face would help improve it. But the idea and the color are both very sad feeling :( don't know if people will want a sad shirt;
