its good, maybe make the houses and cars different colors?

Nice illustration. The front house's perspective of the door and line below the roof is a bit off, back right tree looks like it is floating, create a true light source and make sure all the elements follow it, and presentation wise I would loose the godzillas on the side they are distracting.

After all that. I love this design and image. This is a great idea and I think if you fix those few things you are gonna be 2,000 richer. Great work!

Different color? hmm i think it will lose focus, how about placing more toy all over the tee? what do you think?

This looks a lot better on the green shirt. Everything is really well done, the only thing that stands out is the car in his hand. It needs some shadow to add depth to it. It looks like he's holding a carboard cut out. I would also include some of the pieces of road from the first version (i.e. the connected pieces on the left and right) in some way because it shows that those are supposed to be toy pieces. It's harder to understand that in the newer verison.

Reminds me of Reptar. I like it. It's cute.

it looks nice on the green, but i like the original composition better, gives more the feel of baby godzilla immersed in a "city", the only things i think need working is the car's volume and as murray pointed out the front house's perspective looks odd, just make the middle line paralel to the lower one and i say youre good to go

This is really cute. I love your illustration style. One point though. Make sure all of your shadows are in the same direction. The cars and houses shadows are coming to the front and the shaow of the dinosaure is behind him. Also the shadow of the trees should be a little bit more in front. And the one of the upper house a bit too. Good job.
