I think the title and image are really compelling. Something I was expect to see in a graphic novel. However, I just don't see a lot of people wanting to wear an ashtray on their chest.

I don't think Grey on Grey works. If you're going for a Noir feeling, I suggest doing high contrast shading, and definitly on a black shirt base. Also, the Woman's shilloutte makes it hard to tell if she's coming or going. Perhaps on the other side of the door frame, grabbing on to the handle or something. Preferably, just draw her in. Make the smoke more smoke like though, think more billows.

The way her leg is drawn makes it sort of look like she is leaving, or strangely walking in. You should make the smoke form into the picture of the woman instead of masking it.
