This is too rough to crit properly.

Clean this up a lot and put it on a template, then we can give a proper critique. Beyond that, the design is too simple a concept.

I like the idea of a compass, not sure about the thing in the middle, is it supposed to be a flower? Maybe try a more detail on the increments, the degrees and letter (N, NE, SW etc), try a nautical style.

yeah, love the compass rose idea but it needs to be cleaned up a lot. you could try tracing it out in illustrator...
