The suggestion was made on your blog with this design. The teeth on 666 would look better if it was cracked or missing a couple. Looks good though.

That loose eyeball gives me the creeps in a fabulous way.

I think I'd like to see some more background color choices. I just think the green-on-green is too much.

Great design. I agree, it should score well. I vote that you submit, but I have one "what if?" Where the zombies' arms and bodies collide, it's hard to see what's going on at first glance, so I wonder if different jerzee colors would help - especially since they're on opposing teams. (Sorry for screwing with your color palette, heh.)

I'm a fan. As far as I'm concerned, this is good enough for submission. In the future though, I'd say show rougher contact. Right now, their posture is just like they're holding hands almost. Lines of action, showing impact force et cetera would do great. Plus since zombies are total squish bags, you could show things like their arms breaking off and stuff.

i like this i just wish there was more going on, more zombies, some track detail. it just feels too open for a roller durby event. i dont maybe i'm thinking about it too much.

NICE! The colors are to drab for me. I'd like to see it with LOUD colors....like ROLLER DERBY colors. Some lime green and bright blues. Perhaps some electric orange?

It'd be funny with a crowd around...like tombstones, with cherring raised fists popping through the ground.

I was re-thinking the design and style.

I like mezo's idea about cornea-burning colors. I don't know what more you'd want to do with it, it works very well as is. Though I think you may want to thicken the lines around the arm in the chest to differentiate it more visually.

I was thinking of doing it in the style of my last design and add some more skaters, a track and a crowd.

If you keep working on this, take more advantage of the fact that you are using zombies- one could club another with a ripped-off arm or something.

Alternately, one team could be zombies, while the other is terrified humans.

I honestly think you should keep it as is... a simple illustration that pops.

why wouldn't you submit something that's bound to be printed.

I think you have enough detail to forget about a whole track and others...I do like the crazy colors idea!

oh man this is cool! but there should be more blood. and the zombies should be girls. there skirts could be ripped up and covered in blood!
