it took me a while to get what's wrong with the owl...or the penguin. then i realized it's the owl. but owls don't really get cold, they have feathers to keep them warm. also, the ? and ! look weird and out of place. i think if you just make the animals larger and staring at each other, it might make sense? the snow and it's flowing angle look nice though!
