I think people wont like the cigar thing.. if the image was hidden in clouds or a camp fire or something it would be different. Im not saying better, Its just that I have noticed on any design here that has smoking in it, people usually say something.

the cigar is integral to the piece. it identifies the hidden face

this design is crazy and i love it. i have to say it'd work just fine without the cigar. cause it's awesome but i wouldn't wear a shirt with a cigar on it

Yeah dude, this version looks better. Leave the cigar, it depicts the character. I like the yellow tag around the cigar, makes it more Cuban.

You can't see the puffs of smoke (the hidden ones, from Che's cigar) as well in the inverted glow version.

I couldn't work out the difference for a minute of two. I was flicking back and forth between the versions, and I was thinking "2 looks better and Che looks a lot clearer, but I can't see what he's done to improve it. Everything looks the same?!"

Then the penny dropped, and I saw it was inverted. Then I realised you'd written that you inverted it.

Then I slapped my forehead.

i wasn't aware that it was che until i read the comments that's why i said get rid of the cigar. i like V1 better, too much glow in v2. i also agree with pellie about the cigar, it doesn't look like it goes with the rest of the design, it's very clipart looking.
