Definatly go with the Blue shirt. I like how the squid looks, i can see where Mouir says it might be phallic, but so do real squids.

The only thing that bugs me is how its tentacles are branching out into smaller tenticles its starts to get really busy once you get towards the bottom. Maybe try to take out some of the wrinkles or bulk up the tenticles or something.

i like how it looks kinda like a squid Dr. Seuss would draw. Unfortunately, it also looks pretty schlongy from a distance.

maybe redesign the body, and put a background or a texture behind the squid.

If you hadn't said it was a squid I would have though it was a tree trunk. I also agree that it looks like some type of phallic torture device and I don't think I would wear some killer dildo on my shirt.
