I, personally, would like to see the plastic parts in more of a sepia, amber tone. Would be cool to make it more antiquey. But then I'm old school and probably don't know what I'm talking about. :)

like someone commented above, i'd try other colors and maybe perhaps putting it on a colored tshirt rather than on white? i'm also slightly concerned with the lines since they don't have the smoothest feel to them. i think if you clean it up a bit it'll look much better. good start.

I don't think the concept is solid enough to stand alone on a shirt. Also it requires a lot of reading, and the black border is a bit thick.
